I have so many sessions to share here on the blog, and first up is baby Easton’s newborn session! Specializing in serving Indianapolis families with newborn photography means I have the best job! I just love coming alongside families as they add a new little one to their crew.

Newborn Session Outfit Styling

Amy contacted me prior to Easton’s birth to plan their newborn session. She selected beautiful gowns to try on from my Motherhood Client Wardrobe, and I absolutely love the gray and white floral dress she chose.

Additionally, Amy styled the rest of her family flawlessly. From the impeccable outfits to the nursery details…their style flowed seamlessly with their home’s neutral and natural style!

What is the Motherhood Client Wardrobe?

Each of my newborn clients receives complementary access to my Motherhood Client Wardrobe. As a mama of four, and having walked through the postpartum stage four times, I know how hard it can be to know what to wear for your Indianapolis newborn session! No one wants to go shopping or make returns when you’re recovering from childbirth and taking care of a newborn!

That’s where the Motherhood Client wardrobe comes in.

Clients browse an app with beautiful, flattering dresses in sizes XS-XL. After selecting 3-4 dresses to try, I bring them steamed and fresh for you to try in the comfort of your own home before we begin your session! No laundry for you!

From two…to three!

I loved how relaxed and Amy and Derrick were with their children as I photographed their family. There is something so sweet about the laid back nature of newborn photography in your own home. They were able to lean in to love their littles and be fully present in the moment all together. Baby Easton fits in and is so so loved!

After I’d photographed Easton’s tiny features we moved upstairs. Amy and Derrick snuggled up with their (now THREE!) babies on their bed. Big brother Beckett and big sister Parker took turns counting Easton’s toes. It was so obvious how much his they love him! Besides being great listeners, it was a joy to see how excited they were to hold him. Some of my favorite images are in the nursery as they checked on him in his crib!

Congrats, Amy and Derrick! Thank you so much for choosing me to document this sweet newborn season, Wilson family! I enjoyed every moment!
