A Sunny and Organic Portrait Session by Indianapolis Newborn Photographer Katelyn Ng
When another photographer chooses you to photograph their family it is nothing short of an honor. Kayla is a talented photographer herself, and when she inquired about my photographing their newborn session, I was so excited to work with their family! As a newborn photographer based in Indianapolis, I love to document these sweet, fleeting days of mothers with their babies. Gah! There really is so much rich joy as a new little person joins your family.

It is a complete joy to photograph clients again and again and the Boyll family was no exception! Having photographed their maternity and newborn photos for their firstborn daughter, Brynn, I was especially excited! Baby Brady is just the sweetest little guy. He was an absolute DREAM to photograph. Kayla had designed a serene blue and white nursery. The beautiful light there made for the perfect spot to photograph his individual portraits as well as family photos of them all together. I loved the sweet little olive tree, the spindles of his crib – they added so much detail and texture! Big sister Brynn was just the sweetest with little Brady. Jared and Kayla are clearly rocking the two-under-two-yearsold life with these littles of theirs.
Backyard Garden Newborn Photos
At the end of their newborn session, we ventured out to their backyard garden and WOW. JUST WOW. These images are some of my favorites and I’m so glad we photographed their family there!
If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I’m a big backyard garden lover. So, when Kayla requested these photos? I was like, um YES PLEASE! I love the sun drenched moments of them in one of their happy places.
